From small beginnings comes good things. When our founder Dr Rowen Fernando set out to find suitable carers for his elderly father, he was unprepared for how challenging his journey would be. This ignited a passion in him to deliver exemplary professional care, whilst treating all people as part of his own family. First Rate Home Healthcare was then formed.
Our service users include young adults, those with learning difficulties or autism, adults with mental health concerns or dementia and adults with complex nursing needs.
We follow robust recruitment policies and work hand in glove with our Health and Social care staff to ensure that our company is an enjoyable, professional and motivating environment to thrive in.
