We are flexible to cover shifts at short notice when we have staff available to match your requirements. We have an ethos that staff should treat each client as they would family. All our staff have completed a robust recruitment process including multiple reference checking, full employment history, enhanced DBS checks, training assessment and in person and written interviews. All our staff are well supported and will have service specific training and will undertake annual competency based assessment.
Every First Rate Home Healthcare client has a named account manager to ensure you will always have continuity of support.
Our staff all have a significant amount of experience. They all hold in-date and valid certificates in every aspect of the service specific care. Additionally, all nurses have in-date and valid PIN numbers.
